Fennel will be on the Wilderness Pioneers stand, demonstrating primitive firelighting techniques.
CLA Game Fair
21 July 2013 – Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, UK
Fennel will be meeting up with our Friends Jorrit and Nicky from Millican at this year's CLA Game Fair.
The Wild Carp of Wales, DVD Shoot
4 July 2013 – Builth Wells, Wales
Fennel's taking Stu Harris to Wales to catch his first wild carp. The adventure will be filmed by Wilderness TV and will eventually be released as a Fennel's Priory film.

Angling Times 60th Anniversary
19 June 2013 – Welbeck Abbey, Nottinghamshire, UK
Fennel and five hand-picked Friends will be recreating the fishing match from the very first edition of Angling Times back in 1953. It will be the lead feature in the 60th Anniversary edition of the newspaper.
Traditional Fisherman's Forum AGM
2 June 2013 – The Lands End Pub, Twyford, Berkshire, UK
Fennel will be attending the annual gather of the Traditional Fisherman's Forum. He's donated an unpublished handwritten chapter from Fennel's Journal into their prize draw.
Historic Fly Fishing
1 June 2013 – Amwell Magna Fishery, Hertfordshire, UK
Fennel will be treading in the footsteps of Izaak Walton by fishing the mayfly at the Amwell Magna fishery on the River Lea. This is one of Britain's most historic waters, still fished by the same club after nearly 200 years.
River Usk Weekend
18 May 2013 – Crickhowell, Wales
Fennel's hosting a dinner and fishing weekend at Crickhowell on the River Usk. Bring your fly rods for some classic dry fly sport.

Fennel is giving a talk about nature writing and developing one's unique voice. It will be followed by a traditional German dinner.
BBC Big Fish Showreel
7 March 2013 – Barton Court Fishery, Berkshire, UK
Fennel and eight Friends of the Priory will be filming a showreel with the BBC for an upcoming fishing series entitled 'The Big Fish'.
